The voice work on this is astonishingly good. I also enjoyed the world building and setting. A classic tale is re-told in an intriguing sci-fi noir setting.
Glad you liked it. Thanks for playing and dropping a note about it. Re: the voice work…look up Travis on Amazon, Audible or wherever…he’s narrated 100s of books in the last few years.
A ton of it yeah but I created the initial versions in midjourney and cleaned them up. Some took little and some took a few hours with varying success. A lot of work either way. Probably spent 3 full days on bg art. Maybe 4.
I love the story and the characters. The narrator reminds me of Zapp Branigan from Futurama, or that guy from Twilight Zone at the beginning of every episode...
It was just me on the game, and the narrator, Travis. Glad you liked the art and picked up on the Twilight Zone vibe. It was intended. Rod Serling was the man.

Well done.
Great little game. Very nice sci-fi noir vibes. I hope you consider expanding!
Great game, George! Only 2 weeks? Well done. Had just the right amount of detective work on my part. Narration was spot on. Very Twilight Zone'ish.
Thanks Gary. I was pleased with the overall vibe and tone. Very much a Twilight Zone episode.
Really enjoyed this, George. All your hard work paid off. Worked great on Mac and Steam Deck too.
Good to hear about the Steam Deck. I don’t have one to play with.
Awesome work George. Can't believe you got so much done in 2 weeks! Insanity.
Also, does this mean you'll be doing all the voice work for Rebel Galaxy 3?
Matt, thanks! Hey if Travis wants to make a RG3, then I’ll do the voice. Fortunately that has a nil chance of happening so you are all safe!
Uploaded Mac and Linux versions. Hope they work.
Please take a second to leave a 5-star review if you like the game. Those things add up and help visibility on Itch.
Very good game
Glad you liked it, thanks for the video!
This game looks right up my alley... could you release this for Mac as well please?
Mac/Linux should be coming this weekend.
Mac version is up. Please let me know if it’s ok for you? Ran great on a 13’’ MBP here.
It works very well, thank you!
Nice art and nice story! Great work!
Thank you for playing. Drop a 5-star review if you liked it :)
Oof, that surprise hit hard. Great work. And great art. Did you hand pixelate it?

Great little game... reminded me a bit a of 'the dig'. Nice job!
I had one little bug: at the end you can enter the bedroom and pick up the paw many times. I had 5 paws in my inventory :-)
I just uploaded a v1.1 to fix that issue (fortunately it didn’t matter) and some typo’s. Thanks for playing! Drop a 5-star review if you get a chance.
Amazing game made in a span of two weeks!
I love the story and the characters. The narrator reminds me of Zapp Branigan from Futurama, or that guy from Twilight Zone at the beginning of every episode...
Congrats to everybody who worked on the game!
Also, very good art style!

Quite a story! Fantastic game
Thanks for playing and making the video. Hope you had fun.
